Hay people. I got a request to do a post on mew moon rituals within the wiccan beliefs. Well all I can say is that rituals are what you make then to be and you can do them what ever way rings true for you. Not what other people say you should do. They can be as simple as lighting a candle or as intricate as a full blown hour long ritual. For my new moon ritual I open my window to let in the moon light and light all of my candles and incense and oils. The I invoke the goddess and God and guardians of the North West South and East. Then I procede with my ritual. I usually last for about an hour or so.
